Caitlin Hammock is a bilingual, licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy practicing at Fitness Quest Physical Therapy in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. She earned her Doctorate degree for Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania. A South Florida native raised in Miami, she is proud to serve a diverse community and provide care in both English and Spanish. Dr. Hammock is committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based treatment to help patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they enjoy most.
Her clinical areas of expertise include treating lower back pain, vestibular rehabilitation, acute and chronic pain management, pre- and post-operative joint replacement care, and sport-related injury rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, Caitlin leads an active lifestyle in which she enjoys playing pickleball, volleyball, beachside sunset walk and following football avidly (Go Dolphins!).

Fitness Quest Physical Therapy has officially opened it’s Lakewood Ranch office and it is located at 9025 Town Center Parkway behind the Publix and First Watch off University Parkway. We are excited to provide another convenient location for the residents and visitors of Southwest, Florida to serve their therapy needs. We treat a variety of orthopedic conditions including arthritis, pre and post-surgical rehabilitation, back pain and balance problems. We also treat many sports related injuries, tennis and golfer’s elbow, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel, foot and ankle impairments, joint replacements, CVA’s, osteoporosis, and Parkinson’s Disease.
