Cole Szanyi is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at our Englewood clinic. He earned his Associate of Science degree from the State College of Florida in 2022 and has four years of clinical experience. Before joining Fitness Quest, Cole provided care in home health and at a geriatric-focused outpatient clinic in Venice, where he also served as Lead PTA.
Cole has experience treating orthopedic conditions, balance and fall-prevention concerns, chronic pain, and patients recovering from joint replacement surgery. Cole uses evidence-based exercises and skilled manual therapy to help each patient work toward meaningful, individualized goals. He especially enjoys helping patients regain their independence and return to the activities and hobbies that matter most to them.
Cole’s interest in physical therapy began after watching his grandfather receive treatment for Parkinson’s disease and seeing the positive difference it made in his life. Originally from Ogdensburg, New Jersey, Cole enjoys meeting people from different backgrounds and building relationships with his patients.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, caring for his dog and snake, and cheering on the Raiders.
About Our Location
Fitness Quest Physical Therapy in Englewood, Florida is located in the Tiffany Square Plaza, at the intersection of San Casa Drive and S. McCall Rd (SR776). We opened our doors in 2013 but with the rapid expansion of our patient volume we were in need of a larger space. In January of 2018 we relocated into a much larger, state of the art facility in the same plaza, allowing us to maintain the convenience for all of our current and former patients.
