Patrick J. Caraher, PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist at Fitness Quest Physical Therapy’s Longboat Key clinic. He earned his doctorate from New York University, graduating cum laude in 1993, and has more than 32 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, hospital care, skilled nursing, pediatrics, and military settings. Patrick treats a wide range of conditions, including low back pain, orthopedic and sports injuries, balance and vestibular disorders, neurological conditions, joint replacements, and post-surgical rehabilitation. His individualized, evidence-based approach combines clinical expertise with compassion, education, and active patient involvement to help patients restore function, regain confidence, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Originally from Rockland County, New York, Patrick served for six years in the United States Air Force, attained the rank of Sergeant, and received the Air Force Achievement Medal. Outside the clinic, he enjoys building award-winning 1/35-scale military models. Patrick and his wife also founded and continue to support a feeding program serving children in Manila and the surrounding National Capital Region of the Philippines. He is proud to be part of Fitness Quest and values its commitment to collaboration, integrity, and high-quality patient care.

Dr Jonathan Castro Tigre, DPT is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy at Fitness Quest Physical Therapy in Bradenton, Florida. While born in Sao Paulo, Brazil he’s been raised in many different countries in South America and after moving to the US lived in Fl, MS, TN, NC, and CA. Jonathan obtained his bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies and Philosophy at NCSU in 2019 while coaching gymnastics to help pay for school. He earned his Doctoral degree for Physical Therapy in 2023 at Loma Linda University in, CA.
Jonathan specializes in geriatric, orthopedic, sports, TMJ, and vestibular rehabilitation. His treatments utilize evidence-based practice aimed at achieving optimal functional outcomes to help patients get back to doing what they love. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, and playing the piano.
